Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer support team at sales@fuufome.com to notify us of your intent to return.
2. Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit.
3. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team.
4. Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 3 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping expenses.

Refunds

If you are approved for a refund, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 business days.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to initiate a return as outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return the item, and we will cover the return shipping costs. Upon receiving the damaged or defective item, we will send you a replacement or issue a refund, based on your preference.
